Q. Please tell us about your job.
A. I mainly design the panel layout for ground-mounted solar power generation systems. I also design the panel layout for solar power generation systems to be installed on factory roofs, etc. I also go to the proposed site for the power plant to survey it, and create simple design programs using AI.
Q. What was your reason or motivation for choosing CV21?
A. I have 3D CAD skills, so I joined the company because I thought I could put my skills to good use.
Q. What is the most rewarding part of your job?
A. Everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, so it is important to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your subordinates and manage them in a way that allows the design department to perform to its full potential as a team.
Having subordinates comes with responsibility, as it affects the lives of their families, but it is also rewarding.

Q. How do you spend your holidays?
A. I like motorcycles and go on tours around my neighborhood.
I also enjoy day trips to hot springs, picking up trash while walking my dog, and recently I've become obsessed with making fried rice.
