Q. Please tell us about your job.
A. We provide proposals to PPA operators on everything from the design of solar power plants to the procurement of materials and construction.
We receive requests from PPA operators, make internal adjustments, and after receiving an order, we act as the liaison until delivery.

*A PPA operator is a company that installs, owns, and operates solar power generation facilities on behalf of the building owner and sells the generated electricity under a long-term contract.
Q. What was your reason or motivation for choosing CV21?
A. I was attracted to the company because it seemed to have the technical capabilities in the industry as an EPC contractor that makes use of its own unique technology.
Q. How do you spend your holidays?
A. Going out with my two adorable children. I take them to the zoo or a park that is a little further away than usual.
Q. How was it taking parental leave?
A. When I had my first child, there were few men taking leave at the time, so I was confused about the procedures, but it was easy to return to work after my leave. When I had my second child, everyone around me was taking leave, so I was able to get it smoothly.
After returning to work, it is easy to take time off to care for children.
