In response to a request from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's Agency for Natural Resources and Energy for its "Measures to Mitigate the Sharp Decline in Electricity and Gas Prices (hereinafter referred to as the "Project")," we will implement the following measures for all of our customers.

 

At a press conference held on June 21, 2024, Prime Minister Kishida announced that as part of "emergency support to help people weather the extreme heat," subsidies would be provided for electricity and gas charges for the three months of August 2024, September, and October.

For all customers, starting with the September 2024 meter reading, we will deduct the amount calculated by multiplying the amount of usage by the unit price below from the fuel cost adjustment unit price.
